New Class: Slow Karate
Slow Karate is a new class that maximises the health and wellbeing benefits of karate through detailed teaching of kata. You will learn the same kata as taught in normal classes and in the same order but more slowly and carefully. There will also be more stretching, controlled breathing and meditation. There is no sparring or contact. This class is ideal for those seeking personal development without sparring.
This class will be on Thursday’s at 4:30pm.
